食材~(蕃茄先去掉中间的仔~切成丁~去掉籽是为了避免水份太多~)

锅子中下一点点的橄榄油将饭和蕃茄加热拌炒一下

加入一匙的牛头牌咖哩炒酱~将炒饭完全拌炒均匀~

透抽洗净沥干水份~用长一点的汤匙将咖哩炒饭塞进透抽的肚子中~要稍为压一下~让整尾透抽饱满紧实~以免蒸好以后切的时候会散开~

封口用牙签固定住~(没有牙签所以用牙线顶一下~)

我用大同电锅~外锅放1/2杯的水~蒸熟~

放凉以后再切才比较好切~利起来也比较好看~充满海味的咖哩炒饭~好好吃~^^
