先将鸭胸退冰后冲洗,并以厨房纸巾吸干水分,再用花生油稍微煸过沥干~

另外用奶油块加热后,放入蒜片、杏鲍菇片、鸭胸肉片于锅中慢慢香煎

再将煎的金黄的鸭胸肉与杏鲍菇摆盘,并放上生菜与切片的栗子蕃薯装饰

接着将数颗无籽梅肉放入原锅中与蒜片爆香拌炒,并洒些梅粉
