酒香桔子甜饭团的做法

备料如图:桔子饼、冬瓜糖、龙眼干、砂糖、香菜

先将香菜切成末、冬瓜切成薄片状、桔子切丁状、龙眼先用热水 绍兴酒浸泡(浸泡的汤汁备用)

再以有机橄榄油把桔子饼、冬瓜糖、龙眼干等放入锅中拌炒

再将白米(清洗过后泡些温水约15分中取出)放入锅中,一起均匀搅拌拌炒

加入适量的砂糖

接着倒入浸泡龙眼干的汤汁闷煮一下起锅加入约1.5大匙的冷水

再放入电子锅中,外锅约1量杯水炖煮至电源跳起即可

让香甜米饭稍凉后,再取出塑胶袋放入适量甜米饭且加入香菜末搓柔均匀

再紧紧的挤向塑胶袋顶端塑形象水滴般形状即可
