备好材料.洋葱泡冰水后用调理机打成碎状.白饭加入拌香松搅拌均匀

在饭团模放入内馅后铺上白饭(此时要压紧饭团才不会易散)((起司切小块叠成一堆在放入))

备好寿喜烧酱汁

起锅用少许的油将饭团煎至变锅巴接着饭团涂上酱汁那面先煎(重复涂抹酱汁约1~2次) 翻面后再涂酱后煎重复此动作煎至每个表面都香脆即可
