起锅,倒入适量调和油(珍贵4:8:1脂肪酸经动物实验证实:有助于降低血清中总胆固存醇),依序把洋葱丁、蘑菇片、冷冻三色豆炒熟~

将步骤2.调好的浓汤加入,煮滚后加入少许酱油提味后关火,备用~

关火,将起司片撕成小片,均匀放入蛋中,再开火用锅铲快速将蛋延著锅边整型成半月形即可起锅备用~

圆仔海苔饭团~用保鲜膜包住白饭,用手捏出各部位的形状后,手、脚、耳朵、鼻子再用海苔来包住白饭就成了黑色部份,最后剪两个眼睛就完成囉~
