葛粉或粉丝下锅煮软(粉丝请选泽宽的,比较耐煮有口感)

煮软后,平铺在蒸煮的容器里

撒上姜末,跟调味料(酱油,米酒,味淋,水各一匙,黑胡椒少许)

放入电锅蒸,外锅2/3杯水就好!跳起就完成(因为用鱼片,所以不要蒸太久,如果用一整只鱼就要蒸到15 分钟)
