虾仁背部划一刀,烫过 备用

面粉、泡打粉过筛...加鲜味炒手.鸡蛋...先拌匀

加水调粉浆….搅拌均匀,

再加入其他材料与蔬菜(虾仁除外)搅拌均匀

搅拌均匀后静置10分钟.静置后面糊倒入容器中备用(倒面糊比较容易)

铁模中火烧热…先涂上一层油(奶油或沙拉油皆可)

每个铁模小洞倒入约八分满面糊
