虾仁背部划一刀,烫过 备用

面粉、泡打粉过筛...加鲜味炒手.鸡蛋...先拌匀

加水调粉浆….搅拌均匀,

搅拌均匀后静置10分钟.静置后面糊倒入容器中备用(倒面糊比较容易)

铁模中火烧热…先涂上一层油(奶油或沙拉油皆可)

稍微加热后,下面的面糊凝固,用尖锐的器具(铁签),将各个粉浆采顺时针方向绕圈圈脱模...尽量搓圆它
