吐司去边,切四刀(如图示)

蛋打散,鲜奶加糖小火煮到糖溶化降温(不需煮滚),将牛奶缓缓倒入蛋液中,边倒边搅拌

再过滤2~3次即为布丁液

将吐司放入模型中呈碗状,捏紧接缝处并且每个吐司倒入1大匙布丁液,再刷上一层布丁液,以180~200度烤10分钟

拿出后再次倒满布丁液以180~200度烤15~20分钟,上方要盖上铝泊纸,以防布丁液未凝固,吐司已烤焦,最后几分钟再拿掉铝泊纸烤到吐司上色

取出后放凉备用
