直接包直接吃,只要水滚放入水饺约10秒,再轻轻拨动水饺,这样水饺才不会沾黏锅底,待水饺浮起后就可以捞起囉!另外酱汁:我用简单的昆布酱油、香油、辣油、七味粉拌匀即可
