低筋面粉 玉米粉混合过筛备用。柠檬皮磨出绿色的皮屑后,皮削另外留着,再将整颗柠檬压汁 (皮削不要磨到柠檬皮白色的部分以免变苦)

奶油 鲜奶一起用小火煮到奶油融化(一边搅拌)

微微冒泡后熄火→加入(1)面粉拌匀

蛋黄一颗一颗分次加到(3)的面糊中拌匀,(每加一颗都要拌匀才可继续加)

将(2)的柠檬皮屑.柠檬汁一起加到(4)的面糊中轻轻拌匀备用,此为蛋黄面糊
