将泡冰水的小黄瓜丝和葱丝沥干水份铺盘底备用(小黄瓜围在外圈,葱丝摆中间,待炒好的肉丝以热气呜住葱丝可去些许生葱味)

因霜降的肉有些油脂,所以以干锅先将肉丝炒到变色盛出备用(如怕肉沾锅以少油炒也可)
