红,白萝卜切约五公分细条状,用1/4匙盐捉醃20分,倒掉苦水,漂洗一下冷开水沥乾,再一次用1/4匙的盐拌匀萝卜,然后移入冰箱冰镇(至少三小时),完成萝卜部份的醃渍,

拿一小碗,将味噌调酱搅拌均匀,
