将洋葱切丝~香菇切丝~葱绿切丝~蛋加上1小匙的自制调味粉打成蛋液备用!

将洋葱丝,香菇丝,柴鱼和水放进锅中煮开后~加进(调味料)的所有材料....再放进鸡腿肉片转小火盖上锅盖闷煮熟后倒进蛋液关火~闷煮至蛋液熟即可(可以喜好选择蛋的熟成度)

煮一小锅水将毛豆川烫熟再捞起倒进步骤2即可完成~吃得时后淋在白饭上洒上适量的葱丝和白芝麻即可完成!
