镜面蒸蛋的做法

先将二颗生鸡蛋打散,看看有几CC...(我的有140CC)

准备鸡蛋液二倍量的温水(我用了280CC),加入盐和酱油膏搅拌均均,把调味料打散

再把步骤1和步骤2加在一起,搅拌均匀

找要蒸的容器,将步骤3的材料过筛进去,若有泡泡可捞掉保时平滑

锅内放冷开水再放上蒸架,把蒸蛋液放入并加内盖(避免水蒸气又滴到蛋里)

盖上外锅盖,留点小缝隙,大火滚开后,转中小火蒸(从一开始放入计算,共蒸约15-20分) 看看,是否像个镜子呢~
