慕丝做法:用开水浸吉利丁片五分钟至软身,然后沥干水份,再放入3汤匙热水拌匀至吉利丁片溶化。(也可用吉利丁粉-10克,用50毫升热水与吉利丁粉拌匀备用) 用电动打蛋器打发鲜奶油,出现泡沫时下糖,继续打至湿性发泡soft peak
