先将红萝卜 马铃薯用水煮滚慢火煮熟~(可先用电锅煮熟备用)

洋葱和梅花肉切好备用~

起油锅~先炒洋葱

梅花肉切块后跟洋葱一起炒香~~

再加入红萝卜马铃薯汤一起待滚后将浮泡捞干净

先关火~在将溶化好的咖哩倒入汤里~稍搅拌后再开火让汤滚

边拌边搅动~以免烧焦~

起锅后放在闷烧锅里~整天随时有热咖哩可以吃喔!省时又省电~也不怕在热时会烧焦!
