马铃薯蒸熟后压碎,加入黑胡椒,盐,最后拌入鲜奶油拌匀(备用)。

法式烘饼先将奶油加热融化(备用)

将法式烘饼所有食材依顺序拌匀静置十分钟(备用)

备一平底锅加入少许的奶油,开小火加热溶化后,用餐巾纸擦拭多余的油质(这地方不用太多油)取一瓢面糊倒入锅中,将摇晃平底锅,让面糊散开来较为匀称,待面糊边缘翘起,如图示

翻面再干煎(约1分钟)即可盛出盘中卷起即可完成囉

将煎熟的烘饼,卷起来像蛋卷一样,再将拌匀好的马铃薯泥放上

将火腿片折成三角形,再对切,用筷子将它卷起如图

再将小黄瓜切1公分大,将内部的浅色部位用刀子画圆去除,将卷好的火腿片放入即可
