烧一锅水,将排骨放入川烫至变色就可以捞起用水龙水冲洗干净

另外再起一锅水煮沸,水滚就将事先川烫好的排骨及凤梨酱加入混合均匀,再将切好的苦瓜放入水量须盖过食材,放入电锅中炖煮约1小时
