准备好葱.姜.蒜头

放进去炒好的冰糖.让猪脚上色....这样等等卤出来的猪脚颜色会比较漂亮

再放入姜片稍微炒香.紧接着把猪脚放进去电锅的内锅.放入豆干要鲁的鲁味(豆干要用叉子叉过.素鸡.素肚要买炸过的喔!比较容易入味)再放水.淹过食材就可以.不要太多.再放入八角.葱.粹酿日式和风酱油2大匙.盐巴大3匙就够了.外锅水4杯
