先将长糯米清水冲洗后再高过于糯米的水浸泡约1.5小时

备料:红葱头拍碎,干虾米及干香菇泡温水软化后切细丝,老姜切成薄片

先用一大匙麻油,将老姜与五花肉丝爆香后洒一些少许盐巴,再将红葱头,虾米及香菇丝全下锅一起中火拌炒

接着放入长糯米下锅大火搅拌炒约20分钟,加一点点水让糯米稍为软化,再转中火炒约10分钟

起锅,糯米大约7分熟
