备齐材料~鸡肉切一口大小块状;地瓜去皮切一口大小块状;蒜头.葱白略拍切末,备用~

鸡肉块加入葱花、蒜末、及调味料醃约20分钟~

地瓜块放入盘中~

将醃好的鸡肉均匀沾上五香蒸肉粉排入盘中~

放入电锅中,外锅加1又1/2杯水,按下开关蒸至跳起,再焖5分钟即可.上桌品尝~
