加入过筛面粉

将面团放入大塑胶袋搓成团

用擀面棍擀平约0.5cm,冰入冰箱一小时,面团变硬

取出面团利用模具压模(这时可先预热烤箱)

烤盘铺上烘焙纸,将脱模饼干舖上(这时动作要稍快些,以免面团软化会黏模),170°烤15分钟

出炉放于架上放凉,只要凉了,就可收至保鲜盒或袋子密封(别在空气中曝露太久会影响脆度)
