将腰内肉切对半,以棉线捆绑固定

入油锅以少许油煎至猪肉每面焦香上色

上色后夹出猪肉,余油爆香葱段及八角,倒入米酒、酱油及水。煮滚后小火卤40-50分钟。关火继续浸泡至猪肉微凉

取出微放凉的猪肉切片,再淋上卤汁即可
