木屑泡水1小时,沥干备用

以铝铂纸包覆木屑,包裹上戳几个通风孔,放入已预热400℉/200℃烤箱里燻烤10分钟至闻到木屑香气※ 烤鸡腿过程中也请将木屑包持续留在烤箱下层,制造烟燻效果

取一厚底铸铁锅或深底烤盘,底层铺上横切甜洋葱,皮朝上铺上鸡大腿(保留醃料)

于400℉/200℃烤箱里烤约10分钟,接着翻面续烤10分钟

取酱汁锅将醃料煮滚后稍稍放凉,刷上鸡大腿背面,续烤10分钟

翻回正面再刷一次酱汁,续烤10分钟至表面焦香上色,鸡肉最厚处达165℉/75℃

出炉后静置10分钟,待肉汁重新分布,佐通心粉沙拉、洋葱及凤梨片享用※ 锅底肉汁撇去部分油脂后可以拿来做沾酱,滋味超棒!
