将砂糖倒入融化的奶油巧克力里搅拌均匀并加入两颗全蛋一起搅拌均匀(此时要注意奶油巧克力的温度不可以过高,否则蛋会直接煮熟变成蛋花)

低筋面粉160g过筛分批慢慢加入搅拌盆里搅拌均匀
