Launched a savings product that currently serves over2,000 clients previously without bank access. Designed and managed a market study integral to adapting a foreign savings product to meet regional needs. Secured funding for, and organized, an exploratory trip to Togo to observe a similar product and collaborate with Togolese counterparts on product design. Collaborating with IT volunteer to design a central client database to more quickly aggregate information, reducing fraud and improving branch coordination at national level.
