聘请合同employmentagreement

　　5聘方如中途中止合同，则除按照待遇条件承担受聘方的有关费用外，还须作出如下补偿：

　　6如受聘方中途提出辞职，聘方自同意之日起即停发工资，受聘方不在享有各种待遇。
iftheengagedpartysubmitshisresignationinthecourseofhisservice,theengagingpartyshallstoppayingtheengagedpartythesalaryfromthedaywhenhisresignationisapprovedbytheengagingparty,andtheengagedpartyshallnolongerenjoythesalaryandbenefitsstipulated.

　　7本合同自受聘方到职之日起生效，聘请届满即自行失效。如一方要求延长聘期，必须在本合同期满之前向对方提出，经双方协商确认后，在另行签定延长聘期合同。
