年糕作法:将糖加水煮溶.待稍冷加入糯米粉 用打蛋器拌匀成糯米浆~

糯米浆倒入抹油的保鲜膜容器.放入电锅中蒸煮1小时左右(要在电锅口放筷子.不要盖紧喔!).至筷子插入年糕不沾筷即是美味甜年糕~

等年糕放凉后.就可切适当大小来准备炸年糕囉~(想吃多少.切多少.其余可冰冷冻保存)

起司片一切为二.包上年糕~

依序全部卷好.封口处可沾水黏合~

热油锅,油温约150度.用木筷放入油中起泡泡时即可入锅油炸~
