饼干底1.模型底部及周边都先铺好烘焙纸,以便蛋糕完成时好脱模

3.用擀面杆压到极细的程度加入融化的奶油拌匀

4.将碎饼干倒入模型中,用拍肉杆重压,紧密压平(一定要压紧压实,不然切时碎饼干会散开)

5.放入冰箱中冷藏备用(不要脱模,这要垫在蛋糕糊下) 芒果面糊制作1.乳酪取出软化,柠檬洗净榨出汁,柠檬皮磨成屑(不要磨到白的会苦)

2.吉利丁用冰水一片片放入浸泡到软化(夏天的水比较热容易使吉利丁融化,所以一定水要加冰块)

3.芒果洗净去皮切成1公分小丁取出120g备用,其余放入果汁机打成泥

4.将芒果泥和优格乳放入锅中用中小火边煮边搅拌

5.加入糖和柠檬继续拌煮到滚

6.吉利丁取出挤干水份放入锅中搅拌融化熄火

7.取出200g的芒果汁于一碗中待凉备用

8.将乳酪起司放入煮滚的芒果汁中搅散到融化为上

9.最后加入芒果丁和柠檬皮拌匀

10.用大汤匙慢慢勺入模型中完成后放入冰箱冷藏3~4小时左右

11.待冰箱中的芒果糊结涷后取出倒入预留的芒果汁平铺于上方

12.再次放入冰箱中冷藏到上方结涷约半小时左右即可取出食用
