先用400g的水调浓汤粉备用红萝卜,洋葱,黑木耳分别切丝,芹菜切末;猪肉片切约1cm宽的条状再用醃料抓醃一下备用

将中筋面粉与鸡蛋加入浓汤粉水中拌匀,再加入红萝卜,洋葱,黑木耳丝及芹菜末等调成面糊

平底锅中小火加热后加入少量油,先倒入一半的面糊推平

在面糊上面均匀地舖上醃好的猪肉丝

再淋入剩下的另一半面糊,盖上锅盖用中小火煎3-5分钟,翻面再煎3-5分钟,可用叉子叉一下,没有生粉沾黏就可以先盛出

原锅铺入起士丝再把面煎饼放在上面,
